Camera-Ready Paper

All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed double-column pages (10-point font), including figures and references, without incurring any additional page charges.
Two additional pages are permitted with an overlength charge of $100 per additional page.
Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted on EDAS or in the proceeding.

Please note that your copyright form has to be submitted through EDAS.

Certify your final version via IEEE PDF eXpress and then upload the certified file as a camera-ready via EDAS

Create an account on PDF eXpress.
- Go to PDF eXpress https://ieee-pdf-express.org
- Click “Create Account” unless you already have one.
- Enter (58629X) for the conference ID and your Email then choose a new password.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
Click the “Create New Title” button.
Enter the title and click the “Submit File for Checking or Converting” button.
Submit your pdf file (or your latex source files in a zipped folder).
If the format is compliant, you will receive the compliant PDF file by email. Otherwise, fix your file and “Try Again”
Submit the final version.
Upload the compliant PDF file (Sent by PDF eXpress) in EDAS.
Do not consider and neglect the following error message: “The most common font size is 9.96 pt, which is smaller than the required font size of 11 pt” through EDAS if your PDF is certified by IEEE eXpress.
