Welcome Message

Welcome to the 8th IEEE Flagship Region 8 International Energy Conference, ENERGYCON 2024. We are thrilled to announce that ENERGYCON 2024 will be hosted at Qatar University in the vibrant city of Doha, the same city that welcomed the FIFA World Cup 2022, taking place from March 4th to 7th, 2024. This year, our overarching theme is ‘Advancing Sustainable Energy Ecosystems: Embracing Innovation, Technology, and Clean Mobility.’

ENERGYCON 2024 promises to be an exceptional event, featuring a diverse array of activities such as keynote addresses, invited speeches, enriching plenary sessions, interactive workshops, as well as engaging oral and poster presentations. Our conference will also include exhibitions showcasing cutting-edge advancements in the energy sector.

The central focus of ENERGYCON 2024 is to tackle the multifaceted challenges inherent to achieving the ultimate goal of establishing sustainable energy ecosystems. Our conference agenda encompasses a wide spectrum of topics, including but not limited to:

To submit your paper, we highly recommend using the “EDAS” service, where you can upload papers formatted according to the “IEEE template ISO A4” until December 17, 2023. Follow this link to access the ENERGYCON-2024 EDAS submission page: https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=31594

If you already have an EDAS account, simply log in. Otherwise, sign up for a new account by selecting “sign up for an account” and filling out your personal information. Once registered, you can access www.edas.info  for full details on the conference upload system and submit your full papers for review.

All submitted papers via the EDAS system will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, ensuring the highest quality of research and insights. Accepted papers are expected to be presented either orally or as posters during the conference.
